Many of the CDs and DVDs we sell are opened product and have already been played / viewed. We use the following ratings as a guide to their condition:

cd dvd quality condition

acceptable: a few scratches, but will play.

good: just a few minor scratches, but will play.

near mint: no scratches, looks like CD was never played.

new: sealed product, never opened or played.
