- We will do our best to ship all “in stock” items within 3-5 business days of the purchase date, excluding weekends & holidays.
- Listed item weight is in total ounces.
- Shipping charges are computed within the United States via the USPS.
- The cost of your shipping is based on the total weight of your purchase(s).
- We will email you tracking information once your order has shipped.
- We do not ship any items on Saturday, Sunday, or observed USPS holidays.
- Our e-business days are Monday through Friday. If you make a purchase on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), you will receive an order confirmation email Monday.
RETURNS
damaged during shipping
- Returns and refunds are not available unless the item was damaged during shipping. Image of damaged package required.
- We will replace an item if it is damaged in shipping with a duplicate item. If a replacement piece is not available (materials not in stock), we will issue you an in-store credit for the original cost of your item. Valid on ronbeckdesigns.com or on our Etsy shop. Restrictions apply.
- Exchanges not accepted.
If your package/item arrived damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. Please include your full name and a photo of the damaged item. We will contact you within 3 business days on how to proceed.
Return shipping for damaged products is free. You will receive an email with a return shipping label attached.
